Now this is fixed in the March update, along with Combine and Metropolice footsteps.

@! a long tunnel ! The Combine footsteps weren't added to the game either and was replace with the player footsteps but I can give it a try to fix that.

do this but for the combine...or is it just me where the combines footsteps are broken and just sound like the players?

@Mike_Wazooski You have to buy Half Life 2 Episode 1 or Episode 2 and mount it to Garry's Mod (You can find a tutorial about how to mount source games on youtube)
