Other than that, jesus christ this guy is strong. Especially the necessary turn after attacking makes it so easy to pillage, fight and pillage. Quite thematic for the cavalries Simeon had. Also kudos for the defense modifier as during his reign nobody really wanted to have anything to do with his armies, especially within his borders.

Yeah, I didn't want to make it too powerful.

This was a good, solid civ. Everything worked well. My only question concerns the literary school's theming bonus. It gave +1 when all conditions were met, instead of +2. Is that supposed to be the case?

@OPNydox Sorry, there's no so-called 'Vanilla' version of this mod. So that means 'no, it doesn't'.
