I like the option to choose either hat kid or bow kid variant of the costume. Think you can do the same with ice outfit?

@J.A.K, the flair is only active while you're wearing the costume

it's fixed! thanks for the help! i had to disable mods that added material skins. that explains why the glitch happened.

i'll try disabling other mods. and yes, it could be that the wrong material has applied to her.

@Crypta, what do you mean by hat kid glows? like, she looks normal with her default outfit, but shes glowing? or she looks messed up (like the wrong material is applied to her)?
i don't think the costume would be causing that though, it may be possible its being caused by another mod. especially if it is changing the materials on hat kid

i thought it was neat until i started the game up again after closing it. suddenly, hat kid glows even without the outfit on. i tried to fix the glitch by disabling it and uninstalling it and it didn't work. the only way it fixes itself is by disabling mods. and even that doesn't work. after re-enabling mods, the glow is back. what do i do?

I managed to get it to work,thanks! You just have to select one outfit, then select the two options for some reason.

@Eclipsesend, sorry about that! it seems like this may be a problem with the recent update, but i won't be able to fix it for a few days. however, try changing the config option in the mod as both will put costumes into your inventory. and please let me know if that fixes it!

@danblak08, look in the mods folder. the secret was concept art that i hid in the package, but the package is no longer available, so i moved it into mods folder. a number of my other mods also have this, but not all of them.

Anyone else who has this mod, what is the secret?

@danblak08, it wouldn't be a secret if i told you! tho where i hid it isn't available in the download anymore, so i'll make sure i put that back in the next update (i honestly forgot abt it 😅)

@Billy, does this always happen, or is it only in some cases? i noticed there can be issues with the hats when you install the mod midgame. try restarting and see if it persists?

Seems to force Hat Kid's default Hat as the Flower Hat from the Nyakuza DLC, regardless of which Hat Flair you select.

it doesn't seem to affect Hat Kids as I did see some normal Hat Kids with her rift outfit but i can't say 100% due to a lack of any sort of chat in online party

@Pluto, that's a weird issue ... does this only happen when using Bow Kid or does it affect all players? either way, i'll keep it in mind and try looking into it. thank's for pointing it out!

From what I can tell, this makes Bow Kid's head appear as a glitched Hat Kid head on other players in Online Party.

@The One, thanks! though, this isn't a dye, it's a costume, which is scripted differently.
as for using my script... it is based on the base games costumes. i suggest looking at costumes like 'WitchDress' or 'BigSweater' to see how it's done. if you're trying to change the head in a way that can't be done with a dye, you should look at 'Wireframe' or 'HatKid64'
my script also changes the hair for ghost party players using OPP, so it might be more complicated than necessary if you're not trying to do that.
finally, this costume actually is going to be updated soon, and the script is going to change a little. my script currently has an issue where it forces a mesh and material change for players that aren't Hat or Bow Kid. i've fixed this in my Rayman costume, so i suggest you also look at the script for that, if you're changing the head. (if you're not, this isn't necessary at all)

@Nvr_Beam i didn't make it blue so it wouldn't blend in with the hair, instead i made it match the color of her hair tie. the mod has just been updated to add that! thanks for the suggestion!
