Late reply but the Modular Claus Warden armor is a good fit for something similar @PCFMaster
PCFMaster 10 Mar, 2021 @ 8:02am
Is there any chance of a powered version like this? To keep the same look through Armour progression?

@Target Practice
Grab "Empty WOTC Deco Slots for XCOM Soldiers"
Target Practice 2 May, 2020 @ 4:12am
Can you add an 'empty' setting for each part? Right now there's no way to remove them after selecting one.

@Fudgekownsall thank you!

@Mr. Negi Generation 2800

Soldier 4 shanty arms, one of the torsos from sparts armourbashes, plated light legs, the shoulders from sparts armour bashes, infantry thighs and forearms, condor vest, full rig. Helmet is delta mark 2 with commlink lower face prop and night vision raised upper face props.
Last soldier has grim style central arms legs and torso, condor vest, full rig and expeditionary gear on the forearms and infantry thighs. Hope this helps!

@Mr. Negi Generation 2800 Fraid not but I can talk you through them. Soldier number 1 has the EXALT torso from the exalt mod, with (I think) one of the infantry torso gears on the forearms + condor plated vest torso gear + infantry thigh gear + the blue pants from the modular shanty mod, if I'm not mistaken.
Soldier 2 has the grim style vanilla pants, one of the shanty torsos (mod), ski mask lower face, delta mark 2 helmet (mod), kevlar arms from the modular TLE, condor plated vest, basic rig torso gear, a thigh gear that is likely infantry 1 and I think the operator upper face prop from the delta mark 2 mod.
Soldier 3 has a civilian clothes upper, shanty arms, shanty legs, condor vest, full rig and one of the infantry gears.

Are the soldiers in the picture from a character pool and if so can you release that character pool?
Gulag Gunner 9 Apr, 2020 @ 3:56am
Thank you
Democritus  [author] 9 Apr, 2020 @ 2:48am
@Gulag Gunner Condor is the plated skirmisher torso bashed together with anarchy's children. Falcon is vanilla plated bashed together with militia iirc
Gulag Gunner 8 Apr, 2020 @ 9:57pm
What torso are you using for the armors?
ApocalypseMeows 24 Feb, 2020 @ 11:13am
has missing textures on some of the pouches :(
Jimmy ''Stiff-Fingers'' 20 Dec, 2019 @ 10:56pm
Ok, I managed to fix the issue with the ''Empty WOTC Deco Slots for XCOM Soldiers (+ Some other empty things)'' mod, for anyone else who has this issue.
Jimmy ''Stiff-Fingers'' 19 Dec, 2019 @ 10:25pm
First of all I want to thank you for this mod. It looks great! This is what this game really needed. But there is an issue I want to adress. Is there a way to remove an item? When you hover your mouse over an item it automatically adds the item to your operative and there seems to be no way of removing it.

Again, thanks! ^_^

Hello. I am not clear on the various female versions that have been added. I saw on the loading notes that some of the updates (Condor Vest) are available for females, but I am not sure about the other updates that were done after that.
Any chance that you could o a quick recap on what is available for females ?
Thanks !
Democritus  [author] 14 Oct, 2019 @ 11:37am
@Target Practice The Condor Vest uses assets from it. I made the falcon vest, which does not, so the mod doesn't need it per se. @Dick Justice that's pretty wild and certainly not intentional
Dick Justice 12 Oct, 2019 @ 3:23pm
For some reason, Bradford spawns wearing these props. Is that intentional, or likely a side-effect of some other mod that enables custom props on him? - https://puu.sh/ErRe1/7010a53f3a.png
Target Practice 12 Oct, 2019 @ 6:59am
Why is anarchy's children required for this?
Democritus  [author] 11 Oct, 2019 @ 5:30am
@finalist I fully endorse this

@Sputnik Monroe. Hopefully, everything should now have the DLCName. I have not been able to replicate the condor bug or the falcon bug on my end. Is it still persisting?
Sputnik Monroe 7 Oct, 2019 @ 3:39pm
Everything else is working fine and the new additions are awesome!

I did have to add the DLCName="ModularPlated", after the part name again though on my config to get the options slider back and to avoid them auto appearing on all new recruits.
Sputnik Monroe 7 Oct, 2019 @ 3:38pm
Liking the update, but something is wrong on my end with the Condor torso deco. It doesn't show, if I select it it looks like either the rig or falcon, depending on which one I scrolled past. If I select the falcon, when i back out of the armory and then back in to look it's invisble?
Democritus  [author] 7 Oct, 2019 @ 3:41am
@finalist pushed a cheeky little update that might help
bonito 5 Oct, 2019 @ 11:30pm
Hey, can I make a request? Any chance you could rig up a "battle belt" (i.e. basic rig without the suspenders). That'd be sick!
Sputnik Monroe 29 Sep, 2019 @ 12:42am
It's not poor, it was a simple oversight. I don't know how you guys keep up with all the various tags and stuff. I could never figure out and construct all the thing you've done.
Democritus  [author] 28 Sep, 2019 @ 10:23am
@Sputnik Monroe Its pretty poor on my part that you had to figure this out, thanks very much. I'll edit it next chance I get.
Sputnik Monroe 27 Sep, 2019 @ 8:53pm
For example: +BodyPartTemplateConfig=(PartType="TorsoDeco", DLCName="ModularPlated", TemplateName="Deco_PlatedM", ArchetypeName="ModularPlated1.TorsoDeco.ARC_PlatedM", Gender=eGender_Male, bVeteran=false, bAnyArmor=true, CharacterTemplate="Soldier")

The additon of "DLCName="ModularPlated", to each piece makes it where that piece will not 100% show up on all new recruits. In addition it makes it where a slider for ModularPlated frequency shows up in the game options so the appearance frequency can be adjusted to the players preference.
Sputnik Monroe 27 Sep, 2019 @ 8:50pm
@Fudgekownsall Eureka, I figured it out! I compared the .ini from your Military Style Torso Decos to the .ini in this one for changes and I noticed only one difference.

DLCName="MilitaryStyleDecos" is on each items line in that mod but in this one there's noe DLCName= section. So in the modular plated armors .ini I added DLCName="ModularPlated", to the +BodyPartTemplateConfig() of each piece and it fixed it.
Democritus  [author] 27 Sep, 2019 @ 10:52am
@Sputnik Monroe Oof, I hate to say it but I didn't intentionally add the slider 😂 I suspect that it will be to do with the 'AnyArmour'part of the code, because iirc that's the difference between the two. I'll have a quick peek, but I'm away this weekend. Potentially could make the torso decos plated tier, but that would mean you'd have to use unrestricted customisation to use it in other tiers.
Sputnik Monroe 26 Sep, 2019 @ 10:41pm
Tried the bVeteran=true and it does of course not generate recruits with the mod with the downside being that you also cannot customize it onto them. Couldn't you add a frequency slider to the options like you did for you Military Style Torso Decos mod?
Sputnik Monroe 26 Sep, 2019 @ 10:13pm
Yeah I'm able to switch it out in game. What happens is that every new recruit generates with the falcon plate torso deco. I might try the bVeteran=true. I have the mod subscribed though that gives unrestricted editing of rookies appearance wouldn't that cancel out the bVeteran=true ?
Democritus  [author] 26 Sep, 2019 @ 12:20pm
@Sputnik Monroe @Dragon32 I use Unrestricted Customisation, it makes things very easy although I do appreciate the clutter is not for everyone. I think editing the ini so that the armour applies to an individual tier might help but I'm not sure. I'm assuming that you're able to switch it out for other cosmetics, aside from the new recruits automatically getting it?
Dragon32 26 Sep, 2019 @ 9:32am
@Sputnik Monroe:
You could change XComContent.ini so that each part is bVeteran=true

But then these would only be available for Sergeants and above.

I think you'd need some mod dedicated to managing customisation though, maybe Unrestricted Customisation? I don't use it.
Sputnik Monroe 25 Sep, 2019 @ 11:43pm
I've tried switching the load order of empty parts and this mod and still it generates on every new recruit. Is there a way to prevent it from generating it on new recruits?
Sputnik Monroe 25 Sep, 2019 @ 11:20pm
This looks great but every new recruit generates with it for me, and I do have empty parts subscribed as well.
Democritus  [author] 24 Sep, 2019 @ 12:56am
@finalist I'm a big fan of operational operating
bonito 23 Sep, 2019 @ 10:22pm
This is a really great mod. Now my X-COM operators can operate operationally!

Hello. Can you make <none> variant of torso deco, forearm and thighs for those cases when this decals confronting with another decals from another mods, please?!
Democritus  [author] 23 Sep, 2019 @ 6:56am
@Deadput thanks very much
Deadput 18 Sep, 2019 @ 9:03am
Good to hear it works for you guys.
Jack Smythe 17 Sep, 2019 @ 7:07pm
Awesome ! Thanks for the help Deadput
Darth Jeff The Wise 17 Sep, 2019 @ 2:05pm
Thanks for the help. Worked like a charm. Both these mods are great!
Deadput 17 Sep, 2019 @ 5:11am
That is the one with the suit dude, the Exalt uniform suit part is obviously covered up by the metal plates.
FAT WANZER 16 Sep, 2019 @ 8:41pm
wha is the torso name of the white shirt with blue tie?
i can only find the one with suit,where can i find the one without suit?
Deadput 16 Sep, 2019 @ 6:40pm
This should help you guys who are having trouble with the forced torso gear

https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1127014384

Honestly should be a requirement for every mod that adds stuff to slots like Torso gear, thigh, shoulders, etc
Jack Smythe 15 Sep, 2019 @ 6:37pm
Having the same issue where everyone has it and there's no way to turn it off for when I want torsos that don't fit with it. Is there another mod that adds a blank "torso gear" or possibility you could add that in whenever you get off holiday? Otherwise enjoying the mod, everything looks awesome
Deckape964 15 Sep, 2019 @ 6:32pm
Nice Work Fudge !
