this mod would be the best mod, if only you could change biomes size, i mean enlightenment areas when you increased lunar island size for example

There is an issue where the Alternative Hotkeys are enabled even when Use Numpad is set to Yes

Fixed it, the problem was that I had my own mod as a regular file in my mods folder, instead of keeping it seperate and also downloading my own mod over the steam workshop

Ive tried this mod and creative mode 2, neither of them seem to do anything to the server regardless of if theyre enabled before or after world gen. What might be causing this problem??

left+3 = ocean (fish spawn, can build dock kit)
right+7 = ocean (fish not spawn, can build dock kit)
right+6/8/9 = ocean (can use wickerbottom book, cant build dock kit)

At first, I didn't notice any difference in results after swapping the Page Keys, but then I realized I didn't have the user-mod of Simple Map Editor Abuse on. :') After having all 3 sister mods on, this one started working to some extent:

I don't know if it's due to me being the user, but the turfs don't follow the pages above. placement sounds do to some extent, didn't check through. My page 5 looks something like this:

Numpad 1 = Deciduous Turf
Numpad 2 = Desert Turf
Numpad 3 = NEW SHALLOW OCEAN
Numpad 4 = Savanna Turf
Numpad 5 = Grass Turf
Numpad 6 = Forest Turf
Numpad 7 = Old Ocean
Numpad 8 = Barren
Numpad 9 = Rocky Turf

Restarting didn't fix it, but it occasionally changed how the pages behave. Anyways, I was able to spawn in the shallow ocean tiles I needed + this mess might be 100% just me.

Hi, I absolutely love this mod!

Unfortunately, I'm having the same problem as @breath_ : I'm in a middle of a short project, in which I would love to implement inserted shallow oceans. Holding LEFT or RIGHT is like holding nothing at all, so I can't place new ocean tiles. :c Additionally, it seems like changing the keyboard language doesn't help.


Would it be possible to set hotkeys for each "page" in the configuration? Namely the default 0, +, LEFT and RIGHT.

Until something like that gets implemented, I'm looking for someone who would be willing to replace around 30 tiles of deep ocean tiles into shallow ones. I'll pack and deliver my server, you'll open it and replace the instructed tiles, save and return me the server files. :3 I can give you a skin or two for that, or something.

Good mod but, everytime i copy and paste stuff on DST it would make lines of it? Is this a bug?

@The Great Trololarion maybe you could change it so that it requires the caps lock to be on or something like that. It's too bad they changed the crafting menu the way they did, it really wasn't much of an issue before that. I do so much work in game with this mod, it's a must have in any world I generate!

@Katnipkitkat Maybe I'll check it later, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

I use this all the time but the L to place turf is a bit of a problem. When searching in the crafting menu for the item you want to make if the item has an L in it turf will be placed wherever your mouse cursor happens to be at the time. And if you are using a mod like Tropical Experience and you are inside of a building and try to search the crafting menu for any item that has an L in the name the game just straight up crashes.

@breath_ Try press and hold the right arrow from your keyboard while pressing between 9-1 from your numpad. I believe 7 is probably the shallowest ocean type from the mod, but I may be wrong about it. :)

@breath_ It works fine for me. And I don't any idea how to fix it, at least now. I understand correctly, you turned on advanced control and you only have 3 pages?

The list of tiles available with the alternative controls loops every 27 tiles for me, and the Ocean Types aren't among the 27. Can you use them fine and the ocean types display?

this doesn't seem to work or maybe I'm not understanding:

Thank you for answering :), I forgot to mention that I can't really identify which one are the shallow waters, I can place the dock structure at tiles 9,8, and 7, but they seem to be deep water (I got sharks and Gnarl spawning on it), would please tell me which Ocean Tiles are the shallow ones (these with brighter blue that we find near land)?

Don't know if the old ocean is ACTUALLY the old one from RoG and DS, but if it's not I can just install a mod that switches it to the actual old ocean.

But thanks for bringing back the old ocean, I was wondering what mod could bring it back.

FINALLY, I CAN REPLACE THE WHOLE OCEAN WITH THE OLD ONE AND NOBODY WILL BE ABLE TO GET TO THE LUNAR MOON QUAY AND PEARL ISLANDS!!!!!!!!!! (that would actually take so much time)
