Then if you someday will do something, a rather small "dungeon" with few mobs and a mini boss with the spell as reward would make this much more immersive and fun to play with. You could even use existing caves with few changes to do it. Just keep it simple.
This is just an suggestion if you do decide to do something like that.
good idea, but it is not my speciality of modding :(
not for the moment, i prefer to make new mods with mounts or companions :)
