The level design is good; it really gives a feel of abandonment and neglect. As others have said, the portal surface above the fan was really hard to spot and there were too many unusable push bar doors.

I love exploration maps that let you see more of Aperture, so more of this type of map please!

Wonderful effort, but nothing to do here. With no puzzle elements other than finding portal surfaces, the player is not challenged. And yes, as said below, the portal surface above the fan is WAY too dark and ridiculously obscure. This test just has nothing going on. No challenges, no death traps, just busywork and walking. Thumbs down on this one, but with your talent you can make chambers deserving of many thumbs-up ratings. Best of luck!

Could not see the portable surface above the fan next to the portal gun. Way too many locked doors. Use doors without the push bars. Got trapped behind the rubble. Thumbs up for effort.

I found a bug in the red room/portal gun room, when trying to find the portable surface i relised i could portal the ceiling and i got trapped behind some rubble. The map itself looks promising though some door textures seem a little wide, i wish you luck on your future map making :Pizza:

PPS: Refer to a Styleguide on the wiki or something, I'm not trying to be rude but the textures in some places are god awful. Also, you should scale / move some of the textures, as from what I recall one place has some yellow backpanels misaligned by like 128 or 256 units.

I would strongly sugest listening to Developer Comentary in Portal and Portal 2. It'll contain a bunch of stuff that will make the mod easier for players to understand, some tips for making stuff not too hard to find, and etc.

I didn't know what I was getting into when playing this. I was expecting a regular puzzle of sorts. There's some text commentary in my blind run here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEU4hr0fZ94

That being said, this is awesome! The facility didn't feel too "Aperture" to me. It felt more like Half-Life or if there was a video game for the "SCP" universe. Which isn't necessarily a critique, just how it felt to me.

There is still work to be done, but it's not bad at all, and I know it took a long time to achieve this map. It should just increase the thickness of the walls because it looks like it is made with cardboard. Good beginning with hammer.

I literaly had to use cheats to go through and after that the map still didn't work. I'm really sad because this looks like a really cool map but it needs to be fixed. Fix and I'll like.
