Both "Industrial" and "Low Density Commercial" zones will be disabled (red slash circle).
(I don't need the Visual Effekts of zone radius 1,2 and 3...)
I have an issue where my ground below the zone falls away (like a sinkhole) and then I lose half of that zone. I do not have Natural Disasters DLC. Will this help prevent the ground around my roads from sinking?
Suggestion: Add "zone lock" feature that can be toggled before updating the zone which will prevent the ground underneath from sinking and lock the zones in place. I couldn't care any less if areas outside zoning sinks. Just annoying AF when city building and half city is sunk.

try Zoning Toolset
You can still turn zoning on/off, space zoning, and toggle to not update other road's zoning.

Zoning Toolset only has the ability to toggle zoning on/off.
