Amazing mod! Can you please add an A road variation of this without the hard shoulders and green signage? It'd be greatly appreciated, and a concrete barrier variant would be appreciated!

also would like to see more variants of the junction and gantry signs as PO is a pain in the ass to work with

some of the large arrow signs do not appear to have variations and instead fixate on one variants (ie eastbound sign only shows "to west" only and no "city centre" or "town centre" variant appears)

From what I've seen, barriers really vary. Most motorways I drive on (M25 & M1) now have a concrete median instead of a guard rail

I do love this motorway pack though :) The only annoyances I have wit it is that the lane spacing & hard shoulder feels a bit a bit narrow. Apart from that, great pack!

@Bigbigcheese The M25 maybe an exception. It is, after all, a crazy motorway. There are sections on all motorways that have barriers along the sides but from my research it's mostly where there are bridges, junctions or where the road is raised up relative to the surroundings. Maybe we're more careful in Wales!

@Macwelshman is that true? Most of the motorways I drive on have Armco running almost the full length. I drive around London and the M25 most of the time so maybe it's different in more rural areas like up North...

@bigbigcheese UK motorways don’t have barriers on the outside unless they’re on a raised section or bridge. These use barriers for raised sections.

Are the motorways supposed to have barriers down the side and my assets just aren't loading correctly - Or do these models not include outside barriers?

I'm having some issues with this. If I try to 'plop' them automatically using a mod that allows you to change lights, trees etc, the signs are all back to front. I've tried changing from LHD to RHD and enabling and disabling the assets and I get the same issue. Aside from manually plopping these, is there a fix?

Trying to use PO to add text onto the blank junction signs results in the text being mirrored on the sign. Is this a fault of this asset or something in PO that I'm doing wrong?

I hit a weird problem with the 3L motorway. I have a stretch traveling between City A and City C, with a spur to City B.

TL;DR Traffic traveling from City B to City C, is crossing through the nearside City A carriageway, over the central reservation, and turning right onto the offside City C carriageway.

I added two single lane off-ramps to both sides of the motorway in a V shape like the typical rail track intersection, one aligned for exit, and one for entrance, then connected a 2L motorway to them. The one on the far side loops over the motorway via a elevated section.

The two 2L segments and a 3L motorway spur to City B link to a roundabout.

But instead of using the 2nd roundabout exit to go over the motorway to City C, traffic uses the 1st exit of the roundabout going to City A, then crosses over the carriageway + central reservation to turn right onto the City C carriageway.

@Macwelshman love the work you do. Would it be possible for the road signs (especially the blank ones) to be updated so you can use the text editing in PO to format custom place names?

This is perfect, I'm very grateful for the addition of decent UK assets to the workshop, I now need to learn how to edit the blank signs.

Just a quick question would it be possible to do similar for a roads and roundabouts it would be great to have more realistic signs on the roads with added direction signs. Also some random blank signs so we can add town/city names would be amazing, I know this is a lot to ask, but I have no clue where to start, I don't mind donating some funds to help make this possible as I know it takes up a lot of time

@RushieNo9 Thanks for your feedback. I have no experience using Procedural Objects so cannot offer you any advice. I suggest reaching out to the community and see how others do it. All I can say is the text and icons on the signs are on planes infront of the main blue background and use alpha masks to make non-white parts transparent.

Fantastic work on this whole project @Macwelshman.

I’m having trouble though adding text to the blank junction & gantry signs in procedural objects.
After entering my text it isn’t showing up on these signs like it does on other signs from other mod developers.
In the procedural objects text customisation window I have a black box that has elements from the signs in the bottom right corner (e.g. “The NORTH”, “The SOUTH”, “City Centre” some arrows etc...). My text only shows up when it is over parts of these items and I only get part of the text.

What if anything am I doing wrong with these sign props that is stopping me from adding text to them?
Some help would be very much appreciated.

P.S. This is in game and not the asset creator.

I've tried a few of the other signs and they seem to randomise as described in the info popup.
