The firing and reload sounds are more than perfect, but the explosive sound is the opposite...

Could be because of a corrupted download. Just un-sub and re-sub again, wait for it to fully download before joining a game.

Default capacity of the grenade launcher is 1 +30 in reserve. If you’re getting 2 grenades, you are more than likely subscribed or installed a scripted addon that changed the weapon’s default ammo capacity.
