fun fact the tank in the file names is called the hulk and its the voice actor who voices the tanks also does the hulk

- Look folder "Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop"
- delete 170688109.jpg and 170688109.vpk
- launch l4d2

I just reinstalled the game and the addon, everything is working fine.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the addon, and check if there are any conflicting addons.

- delete all addons (before add in favorites)
- launch l4d2
- look folder "Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons"
it should be empty
- close l4d2
- check integrity l4d2

same error without no addon ?

and try with other tank addon

Got Errors when i download an other tank addon when i wanna play on Vac secured server "Server is forcing Addon Hulk Tank" while im using the hulk skin.
