Love your survival... Unlikely series, Im on episode #29

It's moon and space only, and it works pretty hard to fly on the moon, so if you spawned it anywhere else expect to crash :P

The blueprint may also have inertial dampeners off if you were spawning it on the moon which would need to be turned back on to resist gravity

Im watching your utube series and thought i would check out this ship, however every time i spawn it in creative, it drops and wont lift back up?

It's all good, probably has much better acceleration with the hydrogen thrusters - this thing is fun to fly, but breaking can be an interesting proposition :P

Still a work in progress, but I wanted a hydrogen version. Please let me know if you prefer I remove it from the workshop. Hope the link works:

The 2x1 and some of the 2x1 corner blocks are other blocks in your G menu, if you're playing with progression on I think you need to build a complete simple block before you can unlock them

hmm i just cant figure out how to make the different styles of blocks just the standard mouse wheel selection ...

There were no armour mods used in the construction of this ship, in fact it's all vanilla apart from the shield block :)

Great Job on this build its a amazing Ship, im interested in what mod u used to get the extra blocks the 2x2x1x1 or something like that

I reuploaded with the projectors proper set, i hope it works (it has 2 projectors for..reasons)

i open the workshop today, and am greeted by a croissant, was i disappointed? with yes and no as answers, i add a third, All of the above :P

I think i figured it out. The on board repair projector if not configured correctly. so when it gets built it throws off my welders and you get a bad build out

The blueprint on my vanilla server keeps building 2 overlapping fighters combined. Looking at it from the rear there is a 2nd fighter build slightly to the right and up that does not show in the projection but gets built by the welders. The result is not good. Anyone else get this?

Also for what it's worth, it's a survival build, made with available technology and resources to deal with specific threats, not a meticulously engineered vessel designed with unlimited resources. (Not that Splitsie isn't an excellent engineer)

Yeah, the forward thrusters are more for maneuvering. The shield can help if you don't watch where you're going. Although not if a Reaver launches a torpedo point blank.

@wardenwolf you want to turn/burn in a lot of fighters/gunships usually best way to fight/fly anyway

I'm going to be completely frank: it's way too large a target for the amount of firepower it carries, and has almost no braking thrust. Survival Unlikely is definitely an apt description.

That last one belongs to the produce department.
