I was not looking for all the blocks in the G menu just the enemy spawns. I should have read into this better. But when trying to remove the mod it brakes the save. Any work around or just start a new game?

Ai is shooting through the asteroid im inside and destroying my stuff without the asteroid being damaged any fix for this?

You can try adjusting timings in the spawner config (guide link at bottom of mod page).

Is there a way to turn down how often they attack? Seems like an Ugly is flying at me every couple minutes.

I don't suppose somebody could make a patch mod to remove the special ores, assemblers and refineries? Basically I am looking to have a universe of salvage only..

You could try enabling the wave spawner mod and configuring it with the spawngroups from this mod. Instructions can be found on the wave spawner page

how can i get these to spawn more commonly or in grups? is there any scrip or something ?

The issue is with another mod

at AmmoInfo.AmmoInfoCore.GenerateWeaponAmmoDictionary()
at AmmoInfo.AmmoInfoCore.InitServer()
at AmmoInfo.AmmoInfoCore.Init()
at AmmoInfo.AmmoInfoCore.UpdateBeforeSimulation()

It likely is getting hung up by one of the custom weapons the dependency mod(s). Whatever mod AmmoInfo is from has been crashy in the past as well with other mods.

At the very least it stops crashing whenever I remove it from the load order.

they certainly add a thrill in space, coming out of nowhere and homing in.

I really wish they didn't bob and weave so much, they slam into me and kill me so frequently its quite frustrating. Take 10 minutes just to weld a hacking computer on them...

Thanks for the quick reply bud. Much appreciated. Ill leave a message on the other mod page for the torch light mod for NPCs as i think it is that not working atm. Been watching The XPGamers series with Texfire & wanted the NPC attacks like they have. Anyways Ty again.

The other NPC mods you mentioned suggest you might be on a planet. These encounters are space only. Outside of that, there should not be any incompatibility between them.

Just a quick question. Is there an issue with running this along with the ARMCO Torchlight NPC mod & 2 other encounter mods, Ground & Air Traffic NPC mods. I did have 3 others also but i took em out as im not seeing any SW ships spawn in for me.. I got the Setting for Cargo ships & random encounters on & along with Drone attacks.

Thanks for the quick reply!. I have also the EEM mod on my game don't know if that would have anything to do with the rep cross between factions. I noticed that Uglies only attack me but not the nearby stations (EEM) and stations also don't mind about the uglies at all even if they get hit by uglies shooting (me taking cover behind station).
Is not that I don't like just didn't understand why pirates get happy if I attack uglies, I haven't tried to get an ugly and pirate close to each other but I guess both will attack me and ignore each other too.

That behavior is actually the vanilla game, and cannot be turned off. I suggest starting a ticket on the Keen support page indicating you don't like that feature.

I have an issue after the economy update, when I hit an Ugly I gain rep with space pirates, which in consequence lowers my rep with everybody else....is it supposed to work like this?. Now I have to attack pirates often to keep balancing the rep or in short time won't be able to trade with anyone. BTW I love this mod and all your SW content, I think I subscribed to all of them and the over 2GB that goes with it :cozyspaceengineersa:

They need the mods listed in the side panel to work - but they should auto-load. These won't typically appear on planets, but may appear on some moons

I want to play using this mod, but currently imperial mod blocks have a tendency to crash my game when a ship using them spawns.

CTD on uglies firing imperial homing missiles until kreeg updates the script in imperialmod makes this unplayable for me. This sucks because I love this mod and imperialmod and I want it all to work. Seriously looking forward to this being up and running!

Huge thanks for this mod, even if it's in its infant stage. Me and my friend are looking for some more pve hostility. I know that space is not crawling with space pirates (only aliens) but in a game its nice to have good ol' baddies to smash and test weapons on. Keep up the good work! ^^

They're a bit limited in what they can do - at their core they're still "fly to nearest player and attempt murder", but with some extra goodies. Stuff like the behavior of the corruption drones is likely only going to be possible with PB or Mod scripts still.

Wow, just looked at the files you were talking about and plug-n-playing behavior looks too easy! What do you think the chances are you'd be able to get behaviors as interesting as in your corruption mod working using this new method?

I didn't know they did that. I never worked with drone scripting. I just build a drone and slap a NPC script into it.

Played with the Drone behaviors file yet? There's a good chunk of stuff that can be tuned there. I need to get my hands dirty with it sometime soon

I'm hoping there a way to make them more "fighter" like. I'm using Kreeg TIEs and they end up grouping up and one would shoot or a few and its sooo tamed.
