troopersmith1 22 Nov, 2021 @ 3:30pm
@Legendary Hunter

" I just uploaded a huge update, as it will not work with your savegames it is a seperate mod. Make sure to subscribe to DistrictOverhaul, as it will recive future updates. "

It's the first line of the description. Got no one to blame but yourself.
ItzRaiden 22 Nov, 2021 @ 11:42am
Cool, I installed a mod that isnt suppoerted anymore and actually has a game halting bug with city districts being blocked from expanding your planets building slots
Rogueone 8 Jan, 2021 @ 12:37pm
Update?
Heavenly King Azrael 20 Jul, 2019 @ 11:50am
R.I.P this version of the mod
RevansSchatten  [author] 15 Jul, 2019 @ 10:35pm
Yeah, I reworked the whole system. This mod is now no longer supported.
Deathcoaster 15 Jul, 2019 @ 7:33pm
OK so no more this mod, use District Overhaul? Thanks man just wondering and want to make sure my games are awesome
RevansSchatten  [author] 20 Jun, 2019 @ 9:14am
District Diversity has been overhauled to DistrictOverhaul
RevansSchatten  [author] 20 Jun, 2019 @ 9:14am
Read the first two lines of the description.
Xi Jinping Gaming 20 Jun, 2019 @ 5:34am
Time to update you mod mate :)
falkon311 5 Jun, 2019 @ 4:26am
Most complex mods aren't going to be compatible. Plus, this mod is essentially legacy- read the very first line up top ;)
ThePiggyGalaxy 5 Jun, 2019 @ 3:52am
is this 2.3 compatible?
Neverminder 31 May, 2019 @ 4:52pm
disregard my comment on your other mod! i installed the wrong one
kevinhann 17 May, 2019 @ 3:46pm
This one only has a compatibility patch with Glavius and won't work with Starnet, right?
troopersmith1 16 May, 2019 @ 10:01am
Overhaul is the next step. It is a replacement
Bob11 16 May, 2019 @ 9:48am
So if we're subbed to District Overhaul, we don't need this one? Or is the Overhaul an addition?
Male Maldives 13 May, 2019 @ 11:09am
@troopersmith1 Thanks it worked. I play with less then 1080p resolution, so didn't think to try it.
troopersmith1 12 May, 2019 @ 8:03pm
UI Overhaul has a separate optional plugin to get the extra building slots. You can choose not to download it and the building slots remains as in vanilla.
Male Maldives 12 May, 2019 @ 6:51pm
Any compatible mods that add more district slots but not more building slots?
Shatari 12 May, 2019 @ 1:28pm
@Madmouse Ked: If you select your home planet and enter "event DistrictDiversity.0" (without the quotes), it will add some of the deposits for the special districts to your home world. This also works on any world that didn't have any.
troopersmith1 12 May, 2019 @ 9:42am
@Madmouse Ked Thats because the planets doesn't have any deposits for the new planet class. Uncapped districts will work fine after terraforming but the deposits don't always generate. This was an issue that is actually present in the base game. I think Revan was trying to find a solution to that problem through events.
Madmouse Ked 9 May, 2019 @ 6:20am
I guess one weird thing is that so far every time I do it, I have a tourism district as an "option" but I can not actually build any.
Madmouse Ked 9 May, 2019 @ 6:19am
Been testing it myself at the moment. Since I had eco-arcology's show up with the normal houses rather than tthe residential arcology's. But so far the mod works as intended. (I.E. 50% get converted to residential)
RevansSchatten  [author] 9 May, 2019 @ 3:29am
It should be fixed in the test version, but I will check, just to be sure.
Mike 9 May, 2019 @ 1:14am
Hi, I have noticed a compatibility issue with Planet Diversity. Apologies if this has already been mentioned and is in the test mod, but when building an eco arcology all the city districts are removed causing a massive housing issue on the planet
RevansSchatten  [author] 6 May, 2019 @ 11:51pm
My ETA is next Wednesday. I am just finishing of some last details and the it is time for release.
TheFernandophile 6 May, 2019 @ 5:47pm
Any ETA on the update? I really like this mod but it conflicts with some of my other mods like PJs and and few other mods.
insty03 5 May, 2019 @ 1:09pm
@RevansSchatten that sounds awesome! I will hold off on starting my new game then
RevansSchatten  [author] 4 May, 2019 @ 11:28pm
I am just going to fix a few last things (one two jobs that aren't 100% working yet) and add an home planet district. It will be another mod, as I don't want to ruin the save games of everyone. I will simply add a small event to this mod that tells you at the start of the game that the overhaul version is live.
troopersmith1 4 May, 2019 @ 8:13pm
Hey Revan, when you make the "overhaul" update go live, are you going to put it here, or have a new/separate page?
aciel.samael 4 May, 2019 @ 7:47pm
Any plans to add the new habitats from gigastructures?
RevansSchatten  [author] 3 May, 2019 @ 11:38pm
Yes, you can play with Gulli's.
Aethervoid12 3 May, 2019 @ 10:08pm
Is this compatible with Gulli's Planet Modifiers?/
dan5tr4n63r 1 May, 2019 @ 2:05am
Is it possible to have a planet with housing/consumer good/alloys from the "city"(ecumenopolis = 01_arcology_districts) and a generator district(02_rural_districts) in the same planet?...a new planet of course...
RevansSchatten  [author] 26 Apr, 2019 @ 4:05am
Yeah, I know that issue. Head over to the test version. The next update will add compatibility for Pj's Improved Megastructure.
Mike 26 Apr, 2019 @ 3:28am
I found a small glitch, when combined with PJ's Improved Mega structures it shows both the old style districts and that mods new style districts for ring worlds (inspired by last weeks dev diary), only issue I have found
falkon311 24 Apr, 2019 @ 5:33am
The testing version is.
Clemens-HeinrichGrafvonKageneck 24 Apr, 2019 @ 5:05am
Is this mod or will it ever be compatible with Real Space - New Frontiers?
RevansSchatten  [author] 23 Apr, 2019 @ 1:03pm
I can do that on my own. I might have some questions in a few days, as I have added new APs, techs and some more stuff to see what should be available for a master computer empire.
Violent Beetle 23 Apr, 2019 @ 12:38pm
Do you need anything from me, or you will pull the files on your own?
RevansSchatten  [author] 23 Apr, 2019 @ 12:16pm
That will be absolutely no problem.
Violent Beetle 23 Apr, 2019 @ 11:48am
It's a simple modifier to add 1 housing if a certain civic is present, so it shouldn't cause any issues, right?
RevansSchatten  [author] 23 Apr, 2019 @ 11:47am
Probably I will be able to add the compatibility (I am not a fan of hunderts of compatibility patches). Head on over to the "test" version as it will get the compatibility. If I have any problems I will contact you. (will take some time until the patch is out as I am adding a huge compatibility for AlphaMod currently and I don't want to release a semi-compatible mod)
Violent Beetle 23 Apr, 2019 @ 9:58am
Hi, is it possible for you to add my small change from my Master Computer mod? Or would I need to make a compatibility patch?
RevansSchatten  [author] 21 Apr, 2019 @ 8:43am
I haven't looked into alpha mod yet, but I will see if it is possible.
Tidesniper 21 Apr, 2019 @ 7:28am
I love your mod, is it possible to get a compatibility patch for Alpha Mod. You mod and Alpha don't work together the additional district wont show on your planet screen. Thanks again for an awesome mod.
Shatari 19 Apr, 2019 @ 11:44am
@Silver: If you select the planet, open the console, and enter "event DistrictDiversity.0" (without the quotes), it will enable the non-vanilla districts on starting or terraformed planets.
RevansSchatten  [author] 18 Apr, 2019 @ 7:26am
@Silver, the "UI Overhaul" allows up to 8 districts, a submod on the mods page allows for 66 buildings.
I will see what I can do about the terraforming unbalance.
Akkadian 18 Apr, 2019 @ 7:20am
Also, the link of ''8 districts 66 buildings'' goes to 'UI Overhaul' not 8 D 66 B. is that an error?
Akkadian 18 Apr, 2019 @ 7:11am
Ok. When I terraform uninhabited planets the same thing happens, but the number of possible districts shrinks dramatically, and the majority are the vanilla ones. I occasionally get a few of your new ones. Is that fixable?
