@ Spycrab Hunter - it doesn't actually clip with the nose, but rather wraps around it the same way the default goggles do. It's hard to see though.

@ Hunter Shadoxa - unfortunately self-illumination and paint are mutually exclusive as they are both handled by the same part of a model's texture. So no paint on it. :(

Professor that's probably intentional. Most safety goggles, including the default goggles the Engineer wears, are designed to fit comfortably around the nose. I would assume it's the same deal here and wouldn't bat an eye about it.
