i think residential area low should be 3 cells deep for this to spawn. and maybe a district theme should also help. havent tested my pc is potato, but this is how itshould work.:steamhappy:

So because there are only lvl 5 of these buildings I can't let the area grow naturally? Do you use plop the growables or what?

Do you mark low-density residential areas under assets?
If you are doing everything right, then this is not a problem with my assets, but with some of your mods. There may be a mod conflict.
Since I and other users have no such problem.

When I place this building down, (and most of the houses in the New Zealand buildings collection) they don't spawn. All that is there is the concrete. is there any way to fix this?

Based in Onehunga in Auckland, just up the road from where I am in Papakura. Beautiful rendition of these terraces and already my city is growing them in those tight spaces where you cant get the large developments

Very typical of the Stack and Pack type of housing we're seeing here in California; Narrow, straight up, nemesis to all folks with bad knees. Good model though and thank you.
