This mod is necessary, it allows you to create shorter segments that anarchy alone won't allow. I know because without this mod active I have to meet a minimum length in order to create a ped path, and turning on anarchy still gives the "segment too short" error. This mod overrides that error (or prevents it or whatever).

it's useless because it requires a road anarchy mod and those already remove the restriction, and the rest of the restrictions aren't removed.

@nhatanh0475 - Very strange, that's what I used in the graphic. Can you give more detail? Precisely what network, and how short are you trying to make the segment?

@quboid lol thanks for taking the time out for it. i couldnt figure it out so it does help to see if its this mod. and there should be more canal anarchy stuff because canals can be dope and easier to use vs teraforming creeks, rivers etc

@MK-HATERS Ah, I see what you mean. It helped when I realised my brain was reading "quay" when you clearly said "canal" ... oops! I'll look into this more.

@Quboid Just Vanilla fence from those DLC and that's all. Nothing else, not any fence asset outside of Vanilla game from the workshop.

k it works for single row when i do a t intersection or add extension of placed canal with mod on 14 u and after is too short and space already occupied. and no matter what cant add a canal to a canal... im still not sure if it could be your mod....

it kept saying it was too small or canal already there both on the big wide let me double-check for exact wording give me five minutes. i think if we had anarchy for it itd be a different story which would make this not this mod issue

@nhatanh0475 What networks are you trying to build, and how short do you want to make them?

@MK-HATERS Canals seem to have a limit of 4U (32m), is this the issue you're having?

I install all the Anarchy available on the workshop (exclude those outdated), turn them and Distance is still too short.

@nhatanh0475 - You need to have some form of road anarchy on, I recommend using Fine Road Anarchy 2.

@MK-HATERS - I wasn't aware of a problem with canals, I'll check this out. Thank you!

Update 3.0: Fences (including walls and other fence-based networks) can now be built under water. I think all networks can now be built under waster, but I might be wrong so please report any networks you find that can't be built on the seabed/riverbed. Make sure Road Anarchy is on!

@miller_inc There is nothing to adjust. When creating a segment, Cities Skylines has a minimum length (it varies, but it's usually about 1 cell, i.e. 8 metres). This mod removes that limit, so segments can be as short as you can make them.

I'm glad to see something like this on the workshop, I was just thinking about how helpful tiny segments would be when using assymetric road layouts (at intersections, which I like to increase the lanes to include right+left turns as in rl).

Update: you can now enable/disable tiny segments in the options menu. This is saved, so if you can set it and forget it. @RudRecciah

Is there a way to disable the mod in game? (so I can make networks that are the normal min length and then turn it on and make ones that are shorter)

What happens if I remove the mod? Will those segments remain?
