You will need Santos Tools 2 and right version of 3D Max (I do not remember which it was.) and installed DoW 2/CR/Retribution.
Also you could use Blender with Source Tools addon and extract models from SFM (Joazzz2 or other modeler) then export them in 3D Max.

@Tyrant I have a plan to make basic roster for every faction (like in "Start Collecting!") and then start working on custom models.

Nice, really hope you keep going with these. Many of lotusdreams's are completely broken.
