There is one bug with 1.5 and this mod. The Smelt Steel Slag recipe in the game was expanded to include Mechanoid Slag Chunks as a possible recipe ingredient. The tweaked slag chunk smelting recipe in the mod overrides this new vanilla functionality making Mechanoid Slag Chunks impossible to smelt.

I don't think there's a plausible way which would have caused this mod to break for 1.5, so it should work 'as is'.

Keep your original save - give it a go, but save to a new save slot. There shouldn't be any issues, as I doubt anything has changed here.

I have quite a busy rl job at the moment and I don't want to slap a 1.4 compatible label on it unless I am 100% sure. Equally, I don't want to put something half arsed out, without looking through it properly.

But the more people report what is/isn't working, the easier it is :)

Thanks @AveryTheKitty - I've not played RimWorld for a while now and haven't tried 1.1 at all yet. However, I am open to the idea of expanding this further. One thing I don't like in my own games is not being able to produce things I need/want once I reach much higher technology levels.

It's likely if I end up playing more active again that I'd focus on this aspect and flesh the late-game technology out further.

Always open to suggestions, especially if more thought is put into them.

Heya! Love your stuff - it's really helping to fill in the gaps in my production. Just curious, do you have any plans to make synthread and hyperweave craftable? Synthread could be produced from chemfuel or something, while hyperweave is synthread + components. Either way, excited to see what you do next! :)

Was looking for a mod that allows Plasteel refining, I always figured Plasteel was Plast[ic]-[St]eel. Also how steel slag chunks were barely worth hauling all the way to the smelter when you could've just assigned a gardener to grow crops to trade for steel. Good mod :lunar2019piginablanket:

You need to edit the actual files - on your computer find your Steam folder and go here:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100

You are now in the RImWorld mods folder. Here, find the correct mod - the ID of this mod is 1544556720

You can now explore the files and edit them as much as you'd like. There is no in-game config as this is such a minor change and so easy to change.

I believe language support can be in-build - but I am happy for him to upload these if he links back to the 'English Originals' in the mod description for each mod he uploads.

If this helps the wider part of the Chinese RimWorld community than this is absolutely fine with me.

As long as steel slags and plasteel are available still, it should be fine to use together. Ensure this has a higher priority. Removing this mod is safe as long as there are no active orders for this recipe anywhere, so it is safe to try either way.

The only mod from my list which doesn't deal in XML files is the coloured mood bars, which injects code into the game and is likely not compatible. Therefore, you should be good with most of my mods.
