Not sure if this is still supported- a suggestion (apologize if it has already been mentioned - I got frustrated with the comments and didn’t read them all) - have you thought of an “espionage bonus” for the civ? For as tiny a country as Israel is, they have world class espionage assets through Mossad, Shin Bet etc.

Because Jerusalem is recognized as the capital by the state of Israel, as well as many other countries too, and the mod is about Israel. So, why wouldn't it be?

The internationally recognized capital of Israel is Tel Aviv, not Jerusalem. Jerusalem is an international city shared by Christians, Jews, and Muslims all. Why does the mod portray it as the Israeli capital despite these facts?

When I loaded up a game, no resources showed up- no wheat, no horses, no luxuries (which made it practically unplayable)

the civ's song is played only at the beginning and since there is no loop set up you mostly play the game in silence...
Moreover if you use strategic view to identify luxuries or strategies resources they are all mismatched - horses are marked as wheat, pearls as iron etc. - I reported the issue like 1 year ago and nothing has changed...
