ok needs a mod to combine england and ireland into UK where UK has all their abilities

@jemalomlcs which collor of ginger? for example, I know one family whose 'kids' are all ginger and yet have a(n all so slightly) different haircollor (all no dyed-hair btw).

@adonisgaming93 it has the same tsl support as the main mod; Malachy's capital is in the same location as one of the other leaders, so I duplicated those values.
