UNIVERSAL MESSAGE: It has been a while since I have been active in modding. Because of this, all of my mods are outdated and in need of updates to function. @adonisgaming93 it has the same tsl support as the main mod; Malachy's capital is in the same location as one of the other leaders, so I duplicated those values.
