@Cooper_79 This Walter was actually made before boy scout Walter was released! Even though it pre-dates the canon Walter, the names clash in coding so this mod wont function properly anymore. But if you're still interested in my Walter, you can find that here!

I like the character design and I'm happy that he has a name that starts with W (PLEASE KEEP THAT), but I think he needs some kind of personality traits to base perks and downsides off of, for instance, the vignette makes him look timid, so you can possibly make him worse at attacking for a downside. Keep up the good work, my dude!

yup! he's still a sweet lil vanilla boy heh. dont worry, the only things i was thinkin' about adding were an aversion to fire (possible low sanity drain) and the ability to warm up faster/not get cold as quickly :]

So as of early November 2018, he's just a vanilla no abilities character right? I can still get behind that. Please just don't give him bonus movement speed.
