the npcs keep spawning inside of parts of the map and deleting themselves, which is making sections of the map abandoned. any help?

Если честно то карта очень классная, но меня не радует то что карта зависает у меня почемуто, типо картинка одна зависла а гемплей продолжается, я уже всё пробывал, гарис переустанавливал, и играл без модов чисто одна карта установлена и всё, и эта ошибка продолжается я хз почему, карту так не разу не смог пройти(((

I like this map, but some how, im having some missing parts from building on begining, probally there is missing texture in other more places. Maybe there is something need to install? please be not need install game. Probally its because 64 Bit Gmod im playing

This is one of the best maps i have played. I LOVED playing it. I would love to see it updated and also a multiplayer but it is still 100/10

What a great map, everything about it is great. Even after 6 years it remains one of the best maps I've played on. Now we need a sandbox version of it, removing the quests and the NPC's, and adding an access to the other side of the map without having to complete the fuel quests, for roleplay purposes, this is so good!!
