has anyone else brought this up to date, or fixed a few of the bugs yet? like a temporary patch?

Just wish to correct some thing. The mod is still working, it won't crash your game or bug your saves, and most stations work just fine. There are just SOME minor issues, like blinking water generator, and obsolete scented beehives (as those were reworked in FU).

The mod itself still works fine.

Currently having an issue where the Water Generator is 'blinking' in and out of existence, the station works fine, but its texture is just... phasing on and off screen.

That's been asked for a lot, and yeah, if I come back to updating the mods, this would be a big priority. Unfortunately can't say if it will indeed happen though, especially with how wonky it gets with getting the placement of the sprites right for me...

Is there a version of this mod that doesn't replace the Frackin' Universe Stations, because I'd like to be able to use both the full-size and compact versions of the crafting stations.

Seems like a change to the original growing tray, unfortunately... the second recipe should be for the compact version of it, which was added as a separate objects instead of substituting the original one.

The apiaries aren't affected anymore due to the Bee-vamp but otherwise this mod is still completely fine to use.

Thanks! And not really, I'm afraid... it shouldn't cause any problems per se, but I haven't made any changes for it in a long time. So it'll basically be only affecting the stations you see in the pics ^^

I should get to doing it, yeah, there's been a lot of demand for that ><
Unfortunately, I've been getting caught up in other projects, so I haven't had much time to go back to Compact Stations, especially since it's substantially more bothersome to do stuff with FU because how gravitationally challenged it is.

Hopefully I'll get to it evetually, but I can't make any promises on how long it'll take, I'm afraid T_T

Is there any way of having this mod as a standalone? I love both "versions" of the crafting stations. I wanna be able to use the compact versions when starting out in a small ship, and then move on to the bigger ones when I make a bigger ship, if that makes any sense

From what they said, it seems to be the FU ones, and vanilla wiring table ones, though not the ones from the mod, which is what makes this so strange...

Just to confirm, are the starbooze station recipes alright (as in, the distiller, fermenter, etc)? Those are the ones my mod changes.

Yup, just checked. Yours is the only mod I unsubbed from. That being said the harvester beam gun is still borked, but the vanilla wiring table recipes are actually functional now.

@daemonbot - Um... are you sure it's this mod? It doesn't change anything about recipes, other than adding one for the growing station, idk how this could've changed anything of that sort. If you unsubscribe things go back to normal?

@mr McFuckSauce - Mmmm this will require me to take a look at the newest version of FU, maybe they changed something in the sprites or frame files.

some of the sprites have some pixels moving around where they shouldn't
like the xeno research during its active animation, and the idle animation of the tier 3 seed crafting station

So this broke a lot of recipes. For instance a lot of the wiring stuff now requires itself as the sole crafting material. or how the harvester turret requires a harvester beamgun and a harvester turret. Oh and the harvester beamgun requires a harvester turret. I'm going to unsub for now. Hope you fix this.

hello, i don't know why but i'm having problem of giant apiary keep backing off from original placement position and accidentally covering up the behind small apiary. it's on the same place in-game but it seems like it's sprite moved back or something.

@nymphikit - nope. They'll be shrunk, and I believe there's not any issue.

(also, gonna take this opportunity to apologize for no updates on this mod, things have been a bit hectic on my end for the last few months, and I had to have a break from modding SB for the time being ;_;)

Hey, bro, do you still support this mod? I have an idea for you - compactize Bee Refuge! You know, that huge hut where you trade in bees for resourses. FU allows you to have one for yourself, but it's F$#%N GIGANTIC and mostly unusable because of that.

This and the Base version are so great, saves so much space on my ship as I like to keep all crafting stations on my ship. There are a few that you have missed, do you plan on adding the rest in as well. Also have you though of doing this for Enhanced Storage? Becuase some of those stations are very large.

And yeah, true. Seems the issue is when the compact version removes the surface that was in the original object. Which is unfortunately since that means little can be done on my end to fix it for good... But regardless, I'm more than happy to know now where lies the problem, and that there's a way to fix it if it arises. Thank you! (and thank you for zylara for reporting on the issue!)

It was the Apiary Crafting Station and the standard Apiary itself which caused the issue. Everything bee related that i had in my ship one could say. In both cases something was standing on top of them. An Augment Extractor on the Apiary and a Gene storage chest on the crafting station if memory serves. They created foreground blocks in a linear horizontal configuration which were non-removeable but not solid either so they could be passed through. They didn´t allow for anything foreground-related to be placed there, like Crafting Stations. Weird.

It may be that one of my other 50 mods caused the issue though.
Removing all the affected Stations before installing the mod may sound like a solution for everyone, but I haven´t tried that yet.
Regarding the mentioned info, do as you please.

For anyone who has problems with invisible blocks... Use the "Ghost Hatch/Door Remover" mod.

Update: Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce that error, no matter what layout for the bee station or the gene storage, and installing and uninstalling the mod repeatedly.

I'll wait for your updates on it to see what this could be. If you ended up not getting a ghost crafting station on separate tests, then it could be that there was a nearby station that was being the problem. If it's constant though, then (unlikely as it may be) it could be a conflict with some other mod.
