Yes, I think if you load this it gets rid of the error message about ivory data...

My guess is that it is in the Ivory Carpack, but I still need to test it.

I think you haven't understood what i wrote. Am at work currently. You have the source files open the car config and look at useractions for you will find code three or code two useraction class look at the code to start the police light bars/sirens copy it to the init and set the correct vars for the car i.e this

@SovietIsBest am not quite sure where is the comment, but open the configs and check the useractions codes and apply them to the cars init in zues ;)
