Yes but he released them together for his reasons. Hes still an active member here as well all you have to do is ask for permission don't post and wait for him to say something or ask him to release it as a single. Otherwise keep it for private and don't release it

Unless you have permission its best to post your own stuff. I believe these are already in the workshop
