This is the best total war experience I've had in a very long time. This mod is dope.

- Go into Options-> Mods in the game menu and enable the use of Movie type mods.-

@ ianplumley: You can ignore it. Is just an automatic message of the Mod Manager. They added it with the last game updates, so if you play mods no matter if they are updated or not, you are going to receive that warning.

@ Snake_JP: I take note to check it out for future updates.

Hey, I have noticed that when you start a campaign with all the para bellum mods except the beta as the nervii, you arent able to recruit celtic swords as a unit even when the necessary buildings are built

Para Bellum - Effects update:
- New burned ground effect, fire textures, ashes, torches, ramming and sinking effects, etc.
- Thanks to Enkeli for letting me use and adapt his textures and fx files for this update.

This update requires to redownload the Para Bellum - Effects movie.pack and overwrite the previous one with the new version:

I've not played PB before so not sure if you've included it in one of the submods or whatever.

There are several improvements yet to come for the greek shields.

You can see how when they go into pike formation their shields are just floating next to their shoulder. Might want to use a different shield model, just a thought.

Heyo the units in this collection look awesome but I thought I'd point out one issue that's bugging me. The roman pikemen are using center grip shields (the same shields as the swordsmen etc) which would not allow you to use a pike, which needs 2 hands.

The reason for example that macedonian pikemen used small rounded shields is because they were strapped on to their arm, allowing them to grip the pike with both hands.

@ Camino espiritual: Currently the Campaign mod is included within the Collection mod that merges most of the Para Bellum mods. But in case of a mod not working correctly is most likely due to a conflict with remaining contents in the workshop folder, so I recommend a clean mods installation by following these steps:

Game crashes after a civil war erupts while playing Rome. Great mod but this issue so far is crippling the gameplay for me.

ok the mod i have discovered of the list whats not working correctly is simply the campaign mod the rest works perfectly

Ok @AveMetal i have gotten every mod off and started the game without the music mods from this mod list and made sure everything what is required is turned on and is placed in right place. but i am still unable to get any of the Para Bellum working.

@ Philipos: the Factions parts part includes 4tpy ;)

@ Remo: I don´t have planned to make submods, but you can use a specific mod for that though it will not be compatible with the Factions part.

ok, thank you for the quick response! I will just trial and error each mod :). i just tried running the factions mod but it seems to only unlock them for me during custom battles only.(but ive come across this problem when using other faction mods)

I don´t know, you will have to test it. I recommend to place this mods above the Radious ones in the Mod Manager.

Hello! Do your Para Bellum Mods work alongside Radious mods? more specifically the factions and interface mods?
