whenever i zoom out the buildings go all black, is this my issue or an LOD thing, since if I turn up bulding render range it works fine until the LOD shows up

You either got to clone a lvl 1-5, use other lvl 1, 2 growablesw or plop them manually. I think people hardly use districts, since the building theme mod works so much better.

I subscribed to all New England townhouses, put into a "New England" District Theme. But for some reason this district is not levelling up from L1. I have provided all the services, all nearby districts are levelling up fine, and the levelling info says "No level up info available". Anyone help?

Does anyone have any recommendations for L1/L2 buildings to compliment these? I could just use vanilla placeholders in my theme but I'd prefer not to.

@Chris Favreau the reason these don't spawn is they are only L3+.

@HudsonValleyRailfan The detail that everyone seems to assume you know is that you need the Ploppable RICO mod. Once you've enabled it a new icon will be added to your toolbar. Click that icon and then settings. It took me a bit googling to figure out (and even then, the guide I found didn't give the full name of the mod).

@HudsonValleyRailFan : Be sure you have the assets enable in your content manager list. Start your game, open RICO, then go to settings and search for the assets. They are growables residential. You can write "new england" on the search box (top right of the window). Add each assets and save them. Then close your game and restart a new session. You should find them in your RICO assets.

Props are optional. If you want them all, just click on your LSM Report. They might be removed in the mean time and they are not required, that´s why they are not listed.

While I like this building, and I commend the effort to build these, is it possible for you to list all the assets and props used to create this, and require subscriptions to those assets and props when they are not vanilla or DLC please. I have at least 6 assets an/or props missing due to this building. Thanks

My residential demand is maxed out, and with all of your townhouse sets subscribed and put into a "New England" District Theme they will not "spawn" to save my life. It's the only district will not spawn. I have everything zoned low residential. Anyone else have this issue?

Very cool. Well done.
TheDivineHustle 17 Jan, 2019 @ 5:45pm
These are great but why would you not include a level 1 townhome...
UguuDoki 16 Jan, 2019 @ 5:50pm
👍
Darf  [author] 24 Aug, 2018 @ 1:53am
lvl 2-3 I think.
srmacpherson 23 Aug, 2018 @ 5:02pm
Low residential at what level and how many families?
IVe been having to purge some nice assets because sizeable apartments are popping up in small towns with only one family, even with that population mod.
and they're good buildings otherwise.

Perfect, love these. But the flat roofed one is named incorrectly ("New Asset") so hard to find in-game (RICO/FindIt), also doesn't make a lot of sense to have them in different levels or level 4. I think they fit level 3 best.

I can see my house from here.

I feel we are at a point now that there's enough variety in larger growables that I won't specifically will try to extend that collection. After this series is done, I will have a go at some buildings that I've wanted to do for a while.
AtlasArchitect 15 May, 2018 @ 4:23pm
Thank you, fixed now
Teo.Tomas 15 May, 2018 @ 3:29pm
this is nice, but are you going to make some larger buildings as you already have? It would be nice to have more variety.
Darf  [author] 15 May, 2018 @ 1:51pm
Should be fixed now.
Darf  [author] 15 May, 2018 @ 11:31am
I´ll have a look into that.
AtlasArchitect 15 May, 2018 @ 11:21am

Wolf 14 May, 2018 @ 8:17pm

darthroe 14 May, 2018 @ 7:58pm
With the loading screen mod, I get a message: Duplicate asset - when I open the report it says:
