Thanks for your kind words, really glad you enjoy the mod. Taiping is one of my personal favorites too :)
Though that is also true of your other civs. You have a talent for making civs feel balanced and coherent, while still being unique. ^^
By the way, since you seem to be familiar with the Three Kingdoms era(going by the art for this civ), have you considered making a civ based on the Yellow Turban rebellion?
I like the concept of those obscure states/civs, i wonder what else may come.
(How about the Münster rebellion of 1534, or Baron Sternbergs Mongol "Khanate")?
I put out the update for it yesterday. It's still cheaper to buy with Faith, but should require the Holy Warriors belief like a normal pre-industrial unit.
@Everyone Thanks for all your comments! Hope you're enjoying the civ. This has already been my most popular submission so far. Working on Quilombo dos Palmares at the moment, as well as a few graphical updates for Ezo and Sonora.
The single-unit formation is to make it feel a little more unique. Hong's Demon-Slaying Swords were expensive and more symbolic than anything; I felt like if he got a chance to use them they would have been more like "hero" units and not something he could issue whole platoons with.
Amazing. I have a request, though. Could you make a civ staring NORTON I, EMPEROR OF THE UNITED STATES, PROTECTOR OF MEXICO?!

And for a Demon-slayer, this pic must be Guan Ping too...
Keep it up!
