Great mod. I have been looking/hoping for someone to implement a Hamlet Root Trunk into DST for a while now (With just a lureplant bulb replacing the Bramble Bulb, and plant meat replacing the Flytrap Stalk) but then I found this!
Is there any chance that you could implement a configuration that allows all of the chests to connect like a root trunk rather than just pairs of two?

Acorn, I'm almost 100% sure that it's a problem which Zarklord described. Please, add a GemCore API to your server mods list on your own and let me know if it will fix an issue.
I've added in a mod. desc. side note for dedicated server owners so the requirements of manual installing Gem Core API should be clear for other dedicated server owners.
It's also possible the issue only happened because we have bit different server set up with two different accounts each hosting master server and slave server seperately..again, I'm not a programer and I'm sorry I can't provide any actual helpful info.
But on seperate note, quite excited about this update and when I play non-dedicated servers I will definitely be using this!
Most of work is already done, I'll probably finish the rest in a week or so. Stay tuned!
EPIC_DROID wow, many thanks, what you said means a lot to me. For DST modding fans like you I should finally add forest <-> cave support to this mod and start working on new one :)
Does it have something to do with me turning the first quantum chest on and off before its counterpart was constructed? --- no, for sure no
.. and placing items in the first chest before the second was placed down? --- it shouldn't be possible. (and never was possible while I was testing mod, and it's shown at 1st video - first qlc isn't openable and led is red) First chest isn't openable while it doesn't have counterpart. If you was able to put an items there - you have more than two QLC or you have found a bug.
If you can, please, setup clear world with only this mod, spawn 2 QLC by using console command c_spawn("qlc_chest") and take a look at their behaviour. If it'll be OK, please, turn off world, enable all your regular mods, woke up world, and again take a look at quantum chests functionality.
