Thanks I never thought it would fit in sothern cities :) My plan is make 2 more variations out of this (just different front facade) and corners. One residential and with a shop (commercial).

These are fantastic editions to the workshop! perhaps you'll build more 1 & 2 story brick shops so go with them.... :) ? anyway loving the textures and color varriations. The city I am recreating is my hometown of Ocala Florida which's real life nickname is 'The brick city' since after a big fire took out downtown it was rebuildt with yellow brick.

I'm loving these!!
