that croc head/helm/mask/whatever makes the entire suit look like some kind of childrens entertainer, like Barney or that fat purple dragon (same thing?).
The tail/back is pretty neat, but the tail is way too fat, slim it down plz.

I LOVED The 4 legged walk animation!! That should be a bonus animation on slark, making him randomly change between 2 legged and 4 legged walking, even while on the move.

Wow, I remember seeing this before, but the color change from green to blue did a lot for it. Looks quite nice, just needs a small bit of work on it.
