Nice revisit here.

A nice small, concise test chamber, checking all the boxes for a good map. Once I got to the later part it was't to hard to figure out what I need to do, but before that it took a bit of think to see what I need to do beyond the first step with the gel. I like how the fizzler works with all the test elements, and the reversed funnel makes moving the gel(especially to the exit) all the more tricky. Love how obvious yet not-so obvious the solution is, too. All around great little map!

Nice one, thumbs up.

Still a great puzzle  I’ve just played Cathartic (which looks fabulous!) and I thought I’d replay the original: intended solution ?

Nice intro-advanced chamber, it's been a while I can solve one of yours in one-sitting.

Good stuff!

Another good puzzle. Thank you.

Wow, this is a fun and clever puzzle.

Oh..and yeah...liked the starry field in the entrance/exit elevators!

You are very good at creating maps where you think you know what to do but can find no way to do it...until you sit for a few minutes and think. Not so long that you give up or seek a hint, but not so short that the sense of accomplishment at the end is lost. Took me bit to see the cube/funnel/fizzler respawn to get the cube across to the other side of the fizzler. . Still good, if shorter that some of your others ( recently finished Skyranger, which is on the other side of your length spectrum.

You probably shouldn't tell us that this is the kind of work you put out when you are feeling down...we all might start wishing downright evil things for your mood while you are working on Desolation ;-P <In case the hyperbole of the previous comment was not clear, I am looking forward to your work in Desolation and there is no actual wish for any deterioration of your mood...at least, I think not:p2aperture:>

This puzzle was simple, fun and difficult at the same time, just like what you have described in your videos (I recently had a look at the ones about how to make a good puzzle). Thanks for the fun! :steamhappy:
jeffrey epstein 16. aug. 2020 kl. 16.58
Nice puzzle, the ideas themselves were relatively simple, although I may have performed an unintended maneuver near the end when I used the speed gel on the top and ran while grabbing the cube on my way out to place on the very first plate to open the end door.

Great fun logical map. Thanks!

@Wii2 I've always wanted to see this one hammerised, so sure - go for it! :)
Wii2 29. sep. 2019 kl. 22.40
Mind if I Hammer-use?
Honestly, I just want to see if I could make a good looking map in a short period of time, say a week or so.
Speed Mapping!

Awesome one, Demon! I was legit just playing around with this and the solution decided to slap me in the face! I was like "No way... it can't be this easy." as I was making my way to the door.

Good and fun puzzle. Had trouble figuring out but solved it in the end!

Clever map, nice use of funnel and portals. Thanks.

Another very nice poser.
wildgoosespeeder 16. feb. 2019 kl. 9.07
These kinds of tests are my favorite. Keep the design simple, but thought-provoking how to get through.
Joric 7. jan. 2019 kl. 7.45
Excellent puzzle looks simpler than it is. I wish it would be solvable without the portalable wall in the beginning but appears it's not.

@| \_/ () Thanks mate, good to see you're still playing my maps. Really glad you enjoyed it so much! :D
| \_/ () 6. sep. 2018 kl. 11.33
Some puzzles look complicated at first but then turn out to be pretty simple. Well, this was the exact opposite - I thought this chamber looked like the intro-room to a larger puzzle (in compmparison to your previous puzzles; also I hadn't read the description) but then it turned out it's a tricky puzzle that took its time to solve. Well, at least more than expected, it wasn't actually very difficult.
I liked that expectation subversion. I'm also glad you're finding new ways to stay creative even when faced with lack of inspiration for larger projects. Keep up the good work!
Demon Arisen  [skaper] 4. aug. 2018 kl. 5.26
@donnqui Aww, thank you! :D Glad you appreciate my design ethos.
donnqui 3. aug. 2018 kl. 14.56
The thing I like most about your puzzles is that they are scrupulously fair. No "you have to stand just here to see that portable surface", no subtle hidden places, no tricks. You just have to observe what's in plain sight (but stay awake!) and think it through. That's a high standard and you meet it every time. Thanks for the effort and the care required to do that.
metadavid 14. juni 2018 kl. 2.30
Excellent. Thank you
AmBush 18. mai 2018 kl. 10.32
I should've checked it earler. :D
Demon Arisen  [skaper] 18. mai 2018 kl. 10.24
@Overwatch Voice Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it. I suppose that's a fair criticism, yes, but perhaps also it should serve as a reminder for you to be more observant :P
AmBush 18. mai 2018 kl. 10.16
Pretty much perfect, except for the portable wall at the chamber's start. I didn't notice it as I entered, and it took me a long time to find out it exists.
PixelPerfect 7. apr. 2018 kl. 7.52
The music perfectly matches the simplicity of this great puzzle! Thanks!

this puzzle made me rock hard
Demon Arisen  [skaper] 12. feb. 2018 kl. 9.02
@Ifairban Thanks for the kind words. :) As you can probably tell, I'm feeling a little better now. And yeah, don't worry, I often take breaks for up to months at a time.
lfairban 11. feb. 2018 kl. 11.45
"unappreciated and untalented"? WTF?! We all love your tests, and your tutorial on map creation is without peer! When it quits being fun, take a break, don't try to force it. That is how I handle my stack of unsolved puzzles which must be as large as your collection of unfinished chambers.
nock 18. jan. 2018 kl. 8.01
Very nice, logical map to get you back in the saddle, for what I hope is a lot more maps to come in 2018 from you :)

@PhilFromFrance Thanks! It's very clearly marked with exit signage, and you can see the door open when you step on the button. Try to slow down and don't make assumptions.
. 12. jan. 2018 kl. 11.50
Very nice map. Not too hard but clever. I was a bit confused at walking down the first button after the front door because I saw the cube fall and I thought it was this button that triggered the cube dropper and not the exit door (which was hidden by the cube!)
Demon Arisen  [skaper] 12. jan. 2018 kl. 8.01
@SkyGlass Thank you! I also have a backlog of almost 100 test chambers on my workshop if you're itching for more :)
SkyGlass 12. jan. 2018 kl. 2.03
This is a fun medium map. Looking forward to seeing more of what your creative talent can produce. Thanks

@quaternary Thanks q! I plan to make more of these simple-but-good maps this year, so stay tuned.
