I am unsure. I only ever experienced something similar to that when I've had other mods running that alter the audio. I guess all I can suggest is double check in the add ons menu to make sure theres no conflicts.
Failing that, then try unsubbing and resubbing.
Hope you get it working as intended! :)

i love this mod but why is there a crazy loud high pitched squeal noise when you switch to it and its already revving?

I do believe it is the visible chainsaw mod though as I remember the guy who made that one messaged me about it a long time ago.

Yeah the chainsaw model is still visible in the map. Just transaprent when wielding it :)
