The ironic thing is, there was one playermodel-specific Renamon model that *did* come with fingerposing though lacked the later faceposing...

I happen to have noticed the Renamon model(s) never had any fingerposing to them, which the original modeler never bothered to take care of.

Try the addon "PAC3", you can add items onto your model.

You're welcome. Go into your options, then keyboard, advanced. Make sure enable developer console is checked. Then when you are in the game, press the "~" key. (should be on the top left if you are on an American keyboard) Then type it.

You can either type "sv_cheats 1" in console, followed by "thirdperson". Or you can use the camera tool and view yourself through the camera.

No, what I meant is that this model was originally attached to a regular skeleton. The vertex weights and all are assigned to bone names that don't match Valve bones. That's likely why the model doesn't animate.

I have looked at it, but like I said I just haven't put too much time into it. I've never converted a model that had a skeleton with non Valve bone names before.

If you didn't save the Blender file before the changes, I don't know a way to recover them. I'll upload the file I have if you want it, but other than that I haven't dedicated much time to it, other than including player animations and trying to get the bones to transform the mesh.

I just realized part of the reason why it may have not worked. I had modified the skeleton *quite* a bit, having removed some parts and such. Some bones started acting a bit odd in Blender, becoming lines instead of just single points, and I couldnt figure out what was causing that, let alone how to undo it. You might want to take a very good look at the model, as it could likely use some correcting in its rigging.

The one I had rigged (I don't know how to do the QC thing, so you offered to do that for me - I had, however, done the skeleton on the blender model). I'd do the QC, but I'm on a new computer, so not only do I not know how to do QCs, but I also lack Blender and the model.

Hmm, to be honest I have no idea how to fix it. I've only edited models, not actually added to them.
