I fixed it! using the (not very) new scalables, I managed to get the bogie frames and wheels to co-exist peacefully! (i removed the smaller wheels inside the big wheels and made the big wheels driven, and used the new scaleables that can have their faces connection changed and made it so the big wheels don't connect to the outside Bogie frames.)

its not broken, you just need the experimental branch of brick rigs

Hello, I see Mr Meow decided to make a fix, but when you open his profile, it says that it isn't compatible with brick rigs, so I fixed it. It looks Identical to betteries' train, but I made the wheels grey instead of chrome, like the real train. I suspect that Mr Meow just removed the ussue parts, but I replaced them with something that works.

it isn't a problem with lifting, it's a problem with wheel bouncing, which I cannot fix.

maybe to stop it lifting off you could put airfoils in it
