@chronicpayne - While actually checking some of vanilla XML for the purpose of wiki updating, this has actually effectively been integrated into vanilla.

Especially good for CE since inferno cannons and launchers can be broken (and get so often late in the game).

Great mod thank you.

Best mod for late game evar. Seriously, it was either this, or make a whole new colony with only fireproof race colonists (basically just the rockmen from Lighter than Fast). Thanks much for this! :)

Well I can say, as a CE player, where incendiaries are even more brutal and centipedes are damn near immune to small arms, this is nice. ANY inferno cannon is a bad day in CE.

Yeah, early-game mech raids aren't too bad. It's the late-game ones though where inferno cannon spam really gets prevalent.

However, later game mech raids get hard to micro, and when sometimes 50% of the weapons in that mech raid are inferno cannons, centis are often more dangerous than scythers.

There's challenge which is OK, and then there's excessive. I'd very much like some feedback on if this makes inferno cannons too rare in normal gameplay, since I've not done a late-game run since unstable.

If the centipede is only one or two I would prefer a centipede with an inferno gun, as you can dodge the attack. It only gets nasty if there is mech nearby with proper weapon that shoots you when you leave cover to dodge.

Not just saying that because my a17b colony ended in a double Inferno drop. ;)

Yeah, gotta agree with this. Incendiary weapons are extremely powerful.
