for realistic population users: wester toren (left part of the structure) has 16 apartments, westerpakhuis (right side) has 10 apartments, so 26 houses total, so 10 more then the mod says

btw asset maker, this looks realy a lot like the one in real life, amazing

I'm getting the error "building already exists" when trying to place more than once. (I have the Not So Unique Buildings mod)

@realname Maybe because some people play without mods because it deactivates achievements, ruins performance, or other preferance reasons.

@makuchluk There is really not a single reason why you should not use RICO. Use RICO and be happy. Why you dont use it? Makes no sence.
