SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Not in this nor any mods folder

i went to ARK > ShooterGame > Content > Mods > 1139981401
however theres no INI file there. 10 UASSET files and 2 info ones, but still nothing to configure. i like this mod, its just i cant configure it to my liking

How do i make it not keep my inventory when i die

Does anyone know if there is a mod like this for Ascended? Idw a death recovery mod (which is all I've managed to find). For my Nitrado server, idw to increase corpse decomposition time so I'm searching for a mod that gives players more time to recover their body bag without changing the need to go get it.

Real life has completely consumed me, so I have no time for ARK and modding.
i know, this is not what you want to hear, but i hope this will change in the future.

You plan on making something like this for ASA? I downloaded the dev kit and I have no real clue on whats going on, I really want a mod to keep my items on death, then curseforge has to have issues going on their end and nobody can upload mods of course. Losing my mind over here lol

even when i use the
KeepInventoryOnDeath=False
command it doesn't work

can I use a command to find my gravestone or summon my stuff from it? everything seemed to disappear

no matter how many times i log out of the game and go back in i cant find my tombstone engram on my extiction world. i dont know if im not looking up the right name in the search bar or what. but anyways is this a bug if not whats the name of the engram so i can unlock it

This mod seems to randomly delete your inventory sometimes. The Tombstone will just be empty. It's awesome.

Im looking at a mod where if you die you get your items back but on a cooldown where if you die again you dont get your items back automically

fyi. Mod still works as expected as of this date.

The mod is really nice but I keep my things after death is there anyway I can turn this off? I've been struggulling to find a solution.

I love the idea of keeping only hotbar/armor items on death!

Is there any way to keep the folders when you die? It's quite annoying that all folders get reset/removed upon death

So no tombstone on death. I thought mod was broken, but upon reading, looks like they can get destroyed? I had a demonic monkey firebombing my area and it blew up half my house. When I spawned in no stone.

Been using your mod since pretty much the beginning of my playing.

Curious if there is a way to include an option where it will only save the toolbar items and not the entire inventory.

blueswimmingdimetrodon: ......ok? take off the mod? if you're playing on a map with the hawk, this mod isnt needed. why would you even have this mod on if you have the hawk?

Very well done. I feel like this is the best working of these type mods that I've tried. If I can make a request, would it be possible to add a server option to only save worn items and what's in the quickbar? More or less to keep it from being used in combination with a bed as a straight up teleport.

@Grebog thanks for the reply, normally that would be the case but I died on my way back so by the time I got back to the area I died it had disappeared.

@Vinlic no, but if you die, there should be a green beam to show you the death location

is there a way to locate the tombstone with commands or an item?

i died at the surface of the ocean after accidentally dive bombing into it. where would my tombstone be?

@DangKhuong I actually saved a tribe mate's body in the lava with a grappling hook. It made it easier to spot her because she had her pet equipped and it was floating above close enough to her so I consumed less shots using that method.

What if i died in lava? I have to dive in it to find my grave and get my inventory back?

Great mod , really makes the game easyer not starting over with nothing everytime you die. That and not having to get by what killed you to start with to recover your stuff.

@Grebog I like this mod, but I would very much like to see an ini-setting for Tombstone health, or a toggle for an indestructible tombstone. Right now the health is something like 1300+ hitpoints, and if you set "KeepInventoryOnDeath=False" the items stays in the tombstone, but it seems like wild dinos can destroy it and then the items are lost.

Hello, I installed this mod on my server, but when a person dies and is not from my tribe, things cannot be stolen, there is a way to activate that option.

anyway to figure out where your deathlocation is im totally lost and cant find the tombstone and i accidentally pressed retrieve corpse(modded) and got the speciman implant from the dropped bag so the green beacon thing where i died is dissapeared

@Temil2006 thank you for feedback. I do not own the last two dlcs, so i cannot test it (The new dlc is not yet in the devkit). But i will think about another solution.

so, with the new GEN2 map, when you are in the middle area, where you are in space.. the tombstone works but it drops it all the way down to the bottom zone barrier. in some cases it fell past the barried and I have to ghost admin and go recover it for players.

could you please add a config option to NOT drop it from where you die.. so another words spawn in the actor wherever you die, and keep it there?

Or, another idea is, can you add an hotkey or item ,etc.. that allows you to "recover" your tombstone remotely, as long as you are directly above/below it? that would also solve this.

I left my game on last night because I forgot to log off the server. I died of starvation and my loot decomposed. This mod might not help but does anyone know of a way to get the stuff back or is it just gone
