Not sure how hard it is to make custom icons, All I know is that custom icons require a script file (like this mod) in order to work, which makes them conflict.

So all you need to do is subscribe to this mod. Note that all script mods only apply to matches you host yourself, so they won't work online, because those servers' hosts don't have the mod installed.

Yes, exactly true. It's like when you use a bolt-action rifle instead of a semi-auto rifle. You have to make every shot count more. The only real time when this script can be a tad OP is when used against single large targets like Tanks or even Witches, since the burst damage on this thing is pretty high. Not much I can do about that though, but that's why I have a 4-round China Lake script and an original 1-round script too, so we can all take our picks based on our preferences. :)

It's not quite as overpowered as you might think.
Yes, you'll be firing more, reloading less, and you have 5 extra shots when you pick it up,
(6+30 at pickup vs. 1+30)
but that means you'll likely burn through the ammo faster.

Glad to hear it. ;) Oh, and I found something that may relate to your problem. Some mods don't get flagged red as conflicting, despite modifying the same files. Not sure why, but this means it's possible another Grenade Launcher script is somewhere in your mod order, silently overwriting other mods.

I'd recommend going through your mods one at a time, just to be sure.

Cool beans. :) Oh, and thanks for the kind words. I don't think enough people realise that being a decent person costs you nothing, and can actually improve the quality of your life. How nice would the world be if everyone was good people, am I right? No wars, no crime, no police necessary, no poverty, no famine. Literally everyone would benefit.

Anyway, enough of my rant. xD It'd be really nice though...

its white and its in there but ingame when i pick up a grenade launcher it only has a 1 nade clip... I dont know if i havent installed it properly but the addon is certainly turned on with white text. But this isnt the only mod i found some other one called 6 clip grenade or something like that and i had exactly the same problem with it... I have no idea what the problem is but your mod and the other 6 clip grenade launcher mod both wont work in exactly the same way. hope that helps in some way.

Sounds to me like there's either a conflict (unlikely, sice you said you aren't running any other mods), or perhaps something went wrong with your installation? Do me a favour and check your in-game addons list. Is my mod in there? And if so, is the text white or red? That'll tell me if your mod is somehow conflicting and if it's properly installed.

For odd reasons the script doesnt work for me an my supposed 6 clip grenade launcher only fire's 1. Now i dont actually have any grenade launcher scripts so i dont really see whats wrong? Any suggetions of the problem?

You are very welcome. :) Fun fact about Grenade Launchers and the script for it: The damage is kept elsewhere, in the gamemodes.txt file, so it's impossible to edit damage. This isn't a train-smash though, since the damage is pretty well balanced where it is.

They are most likely set somewhere in the gamemodes as well. All I know is that they have AMMO_TYPE_TURRET (for the Minigun, no gibbing, 300 reserve) and AMMO_TYPE_MINIGUN (for the M2HB, instagib, 800 reserve) and the reserves can be set in a gamemode. This probably includes a damage convar as well, but I never ever touched gamemodes.

Oh, and do you have any idea if it's possible to modify the mounted turrets using scripts? Specifically, the mounted minigun and mounted 50-cal?

Here's a way to change the launcher's damage. Expectably enough, through the "gamemodes.txt", the same place you can set max ammo amounts. Of course, this means that you'll have to alter EVERYTHING you want in one file, because conflicting files obviously won't work together.

Perhaps, you can create a mutation gamemode with these alterations...

Yeah, that WOULD be pretty interesting! :D Thanks for the tip. I think I could increase damage by making the Grenade Launcher fire more than one projectile per shot. I'll look into that and see.

Changing the grenade launcher's damage does nothing since is fires a projectile, which seems to be hard-coded. I wonder if there's a way to make a pump shotgun fire grenades like a China Lake. Changing its ammo type is not a solution, but it has some interesting properties...
