Replace the text of the lua code with this:

player_manager.AddValidModel("truecolors", "models/truecolors.mdl")
list.Set("PlayerOptionsModel", "truecolors", "models/truecolors.mdl")

Not the playermodel should appear in the menu.

its a playermodel. You play as the character. I don't even know if it still works to be honest. haven't loaded up garrysmod in years.

I think you need to put a picture of the actual player model somewhere.
