Unforeseen consequences
- Added new area in long corridor at the end of map
- Fixed func_pendulum lamp origin
- Fixed func_pendulum not appearing after door break by vortigaunt
- Fixed some lighting issues

Blast pit
- Merged hls05a and hls05b into one map
- Fixed missing func_pendulum after breaking door by zombie
- Fixed being able to stuck in elevator
- Fixed incorrect pitch for ambience sounds
- Fixed more minor bugs

Added Inbound(hls00amrl) and Hazard Course(hls_hc) chapters.

Added a big amount of new visual features:
- Added cubemaps (By Maestra Fenix).
- Improved/Added new lighting on all maps (By Maestra Fenix).
- All surface maps have now clouds.
- Updated water textures. Thanks to Upset.
- Added ambient occolusion for all maps which makes them a bit darker and adds more accurate shadows.
- Added particles near: rad. brushes, heal pools in xen.

Added new locations in:
- 11a map:
*** reworked long flat pipe into the new location before heli. boss fight. (By Upset).
*** reworked long flat pipe into the new location after dam.
- 11c
*** Improved corridor design before garg. chase.( Thanks to Upset)

Fixed minor bugs.
