Update 3.0
1. Smoker's health is now 180 (down from 250); this makes Sniper Rifle require only two shots to kill one
2. Smokers' attack cooldown is infinite meaning once they miss or their victim is freed, they will be unable to attack anymore unless they commit suicide (actually 999).
3. Molotov is no longer spawned with the Survivors
4. Sniper Rifle no longer spawns during the campaign except the starting one.
5. survivor_respawn_with_guns is set to 0 (previously 1, this resulted in respawned survivors having shotguns which aren't supposed to spawn in this gamemode)
6. SMG carry ammo is now 900

1.Ammo piles have been removed from the campaign, as a result most tier 2 weapons have vastly increased ammo capacity
2.Smoker recharge time has massively increased to compensate the enormous number of smokers
