- Removed Food from the possible yields from citizens to prevent snowballing.
- Fixed an issue that was granting more Science than desired.
- Adjusted the code for the yields, so it's only granted when a citizen is born, and not when a city is founded.
- Added internal support for JFD's Cities in Development.
