- Added another new Server option to disable platform building for sentry. Allows it by default. To block sentry platform building, change BlockPlatformBuild=true

- Added new optional Server setting to adjust Rifle Torpor amount lower from 2k to 1k with RifleTorporLow=true.
- Increased crafting cost of Rifle Core slightly by 25 crystals.
- Fixed a server setting bug with DamageMultiplier for Photon Sentry calculating incorrect damage if a decimal value was used.

Final Revision:
- Craft cost restored to similar to old version but slightly more expensive (see description for full ingredients).
- Craft cost for rifle and ammo adjusted to be better balanced and not as cheap.
- Rifle torp and slow duration slightly decreased.

- Ok i know saying excuses lame and tiresome but i hope make it balanced with this update can be the last. Craft cost increased again. Slow effect slightly longer by 0.3 secs.

- Definitely last update sorry. Adjusting craft cost to be cheaper, my server needs it.

- One last rebalance fix for craft cost. Sorry for the frequent update this will be last.

- Reduced crafting costs for all photon tier stuff. Was too expensive before.

- Photon Sentries cannot be damaged by godlings or dinos anymore. They are now metal tier and can only be damaged by explosives.
- Another attempt to fix blurriness with the sparks from photon rifle.

- Allows photon rifle to fire while underwater.
- Fixed blurry particle emit from rifle.
- Slightly increased cost of rifle core.
- Fixed rifle icon to display correctly.
- Changed rifle core description to be less confusing :P
