Tweaked pathfinding a bit to make guards get stuck less often.
Guard communication can now trigger when an unalerted guard moves out of an alerted guard's vision.
Fixed issue related to scan grenades that could make guards unexpectedly change their intended move mid-turn.
Minor changes to Mainframe Sensory.
Added bypass for the restriction of no more than one DoLookAround per guard per turn. Add recursiveLookAround trait to guard to use.

Fixed issue where civilians would get stuck in a loop of detecting and losing sight of agent.
Changed part of implementation for guard communication to be a little nicer looking/less buggy.
Hacking a drone with failsafe protection now uses the correct animations and sound.
Moved from appending boardrig:onSimEvent to using the addVizEvHandler API.
Streamlined changes to the guard spawning part of worldgen (no longer edits simdefs.SPAWN_TABLE, uses a separate simdefs.OMNI_SPAWN_TABLE_SCALING for omni etc.)

Guards no longer communicate inside guard elevators.
Leash now bypasses Failsafe Protection.

Updated some effects for the Ghost Unit's attacks.
Ghost Units and Inspectors will now try, and fail, to attack Dr. Pedler.
As a followup on the above, Dr. Pedler can ambush a Ghost even when they're using their cloak!
Fixed some bugs with the Ghost Unit's pathfinding.
Fixed bug that made guards not turn to face the correct direction when returning to a stationary patrol.
Fixed bug that made patrols fail to generate if there wasn't enough room.
Agents can no longer move into invisible Ghost Units.
