Updated Initlization to fall back to any Hospital AI if unable to locate the Medical Clinic Asset. Added logic to abort initilization if it can't be completed for some reason.

Reducing Crime Generation Rate for Nursing Homes

Moving Nursing Homes to their own tab within the Healthcare Services Menu. Tested with a new game up to the addition of cemetaries and tested with old saves with and without Nursing Homes present. Tested and confirmed no affect on Asset Manager. Tested many many times to confirm no start up crashes.

Removing debugging statements for probabilities

Updated move in probability: 1) Set base probability chance to 0. 2) Added probability based on Senior's Wealth vs NH Quality (this is the biggest factor now). 3) Added probability based on NH workers. -- Also added worker details to the NH Building Info popup, I had to increase the size of the popup slightly (which wasn't easy :P). Added color to NH when viewing Building Level details, NH will show Building Level according to Quality of the NH.

Updating Asset Creation Logic - Added support for non-Medical types as a source template - Tested new Residential Style Asset - Tested an older save to make sure original basic nursing homes still work
