Garamantians: Warriors and Champions had their hitpoints reduced by 5.

Additions now fully compatible with IA and HATG. (fixed wrong military grouping for numidians in IA)

Recruitment adjustments and fixes:
- Maures Cav has been moved to Light Stables 2+
- Elephant recruitment has been fixed: Exotic Stables 2+ for the small elephants and lvl3 for the war elephants.
