Updated the ship's scripts and reloacted the timer blocks running the programmable blocks to a safer place.

Upgrades that I found necessary after several long cruises:

-Based on average ammunition consumption during combat and resource consumption for damage repairs, I have defined a standard inventory list needed at the start of a cruise. The inventory LCD screen on the bridge has been updated accordingly.
-Due to increased number of components I used a second container for these.
-Converted the auxiliary ammunition container to a third missile container.
-Reverted to the Mark 1 forward thrusters configuration, replacing 12 small ones for two large.
-Converted the ice container to an ore container.
-Added MMaster's GPS waypoint script.

Systems update:

-Added updated versions of MMaster's scripts.
-Corrected antenna names.
-Added LCD screen with "planetary map" in front of the navigator's seat.

Upgraded to Mark 5!

-Added oxygen farms.
-Installed modules to the assemblers and the refinery.
-Added LCD panel to the Captain's Quarters
-Added cargo access container in the mess hall.
-Fixed conveyor system conencted to the drone dock.

Internal systems update:

-Added Cryo Chamber to the medical area.
-Installed MMaster's Oxygen Lockdown script!
-Added button names to the button panels.

Escape pod update:

-Added (limited) oxygen to the escape pods in case they are used without wearing a helmet.
-The pods no longer spins violently and are now stabilized after drop, facing the ship.
-Redesigned the pods so that they now have a cargo container with enough oxygen flasks, components and tools to: First construct a thruster on the pod to make it lose speed, then construct small ships to survive.

Minor corrections to the Mark 4 upgrade.

Upgraded to Mark 4!

Features:
-Added open docking bay for the drilling drone for added protection during engagements.
-Removed one situational awarness camera on the keel, centered the remaining camera.
-Removed keel connector.
-Fixed port connector, it was not connected to the cargo hold.
-Added full oxygen bottles to oxygen tanks.

Upgraded to Mark 3!

Features:
-New escape pod bay which is pressurized and reseals itself with airtight doors when a pod is used (thank you Saereth345 for the idea!)
-Added external airlock which create a shared oxygen pressure with another airlock of similar design.
-Added side connectors below the airlock to enable transfer of cargo during docking.
